Consultation
As home staging professionals, we will come to the property and tour the inside and out using a
proven set of guidelines to thoroughly evaluate the house. The initial consultation generally takes
between 1-2 hours with a written recommendation provided within 24 hours advising of
improvements to best showcase the house for sale. The recommendations will indicate priority
areas and details by room, which a handy client can either tackle on their own or we can complete
all or some of them quickly and hassle free. We do as much or as little as you need. We can provide
access to skilled tradesmen as required.
The approximate costs are as follows:
- A home up to 2,000 sq. ft. - $200
- Over 2,100 – 3,000 sq. ft. - $250
- Over 3,000 sq. ft. - $300
